Ed Kendrick is my pastor and very good friend over at Heartland Community Church. We had the opportunity to not only design catalyststudent.com but also heartchurchworship.com and edkendrick.com blogs for them as well. Designshak aided in the logo design and branding of this blog along with 100% of the design elements including the home page banner…

Catalyst Student Ministries approached us about re-branding their look. They were tired of the grunge image and wanted to go with a clean look. So we came up with a new logo, tshirts, website, etc. We just wrapped this project up recently and are thrilled with how it came out. You can check out the website here www.catalyststudent.com….

Here was a fun project. I am kind of a pyro when it comes to fire…wait…pyro?Anyway, this was done for a local Boys and Girls annual bbq face off. We have been known from time to time to do things for people other than would benefit our own wallets. It’s a new thing we’re trying….

This project was fun working to get our client more recognition from the search engines as they were virtually invisible even though their site has been up since 2009. When we got a hold of this site there wasn’t a blog and the resource page was full of other peoples links so the bounce rate was…
We love to help people with branding of their business or events. Here is an example of what I did for a client just recently. They just gave me an idea of what they wanted and this is what we came up with. It makes me want a cup of joe. Designshak is all about…
This is a recent addition to the family. A beautiful new bi-fold menu. Okay, enough with the stupid metaphors. I’ve never worked on a menu before but I thought, “It’s got to be similar to any other type setting project.” For once my assumptions were correct and it turned out nice if I do say…
This is a coming soon page that we created for an up and coming insurance firm based in my home town of Winter Haven, FL. They have an amazing business model and we’re just so excited as a team to have this opportunity to work with these guys. We are in the beginning stages of…
Backpack is a recent project I’ve been working on the past few days. I was having some serious blockage while trying to come up with something that I really liked. This is what came out after struggling with it for a few hours. Not sure what causes that. If someone knows out there please let…
This project was fun from day way. It is actually still in process as I write this. Wesley Scott Amos is a very talented musician who needed something different and SEO was of primary concern. So we built him this blog/community centered/rich experience with custom animation. I’m still not sure how it all came together,…
Keller needed a new website after a family merger. This company specialized in boiler fabrication and installation among other things. When we sat down with their team they told us they had client in other countries so their website needed to be multi-lingual. This sounded like a fun challenge so we set them up with…
Osceola County Association of Realtors needed me to update their look with a brand new web site and so we started from scratch. We integrated a blog, social media, video, and document downloads. The association has approximately 1,700+ members and they needed something that looked nice and was a functional tool for their members. Since…
This is what I call a terrible paint job turned into art on a summer’s eve. Seriously this was a fun project, sometimes the more straight forward the better. The composition needs some sand paper I think.
This web design was a double header. We had a client who sells collectibles in the states as well as overseas in Norway. The partner/contact in Norway has a business as well and so they joined forces to sell old luxury cars from the 60′s and 70′s. We also built another unique site for the…
